We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to review.

Reporting an Issue
Please contact Crazygiftnow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days or without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.

Eligible Cases
- Items that arrive damaged
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item received

Not Eligible
- Wrong size selected
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Normal wear and tear
- Shipping delays after dispatch

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Some consumer cancellation rights are limited by law for specific categories of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Abuse Prevention
