Shipping, sizing, replacements — the short answers.
Shipping
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum.
When will my order arrive?+
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Every shirt is made for your order, so it ships once it's ready.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
Will it arrive before Christmas?+
Order by December 8 for the best chance of arrival before Christmas. Orders placed after that may still make it, but we can't guarantee it.
I entered the wrong address — can you fix it?+
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't reroute, replace, or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
Sizing & Product
What sizes and colors do you offer?+
Every design comes in 4 colors and sizes S–5XL — there's always one that fits you.
I'm between sizes — what should I pick?+
Check the size guide on any product page before ordering. Between sizes, or buying as a gift? We recommend sizing up.
Will it look exactly like the photos?+
Very close. Items are finished individually, so placement can vary by up to 1 inch, and colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Returns & Replacements
Can I return or exchange my shirt?+
All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. If something's wrong with the item itself, see below.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?+
Email crazygiftnow@gmail.com within 14 days of your shipping date with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A photo of the packaging
Approved claims receive a free replacement. This covers manufacturing defects, incorrect items, and transit damage.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
Orders can't be canceled or modified once processing has begun — production moves quickly, so if you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to catch it.
